Battery Not Registering as Charged

My battery registers 100% charged in the battery charger. No matter which camera I intstall it in it shows that the battery needs to be charged even though it still shows 100% charged in the charger.

In the battery charger ( charge tube ) the battery will get a true 100% charge. ( compare to 80% if in camera )

In either case they should show 100%.

Are you checking in the APP ? Can you try the web access my.arlo.com with a browser to see if it still reads the same.

As to App, if your using it , I might think a delete and reinstall of same may fix things.
