      <title>Pro 2 not sending alerts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two Pro 2 cameras (2016), each &amp;nbsp;powered by 120v outlet. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Never any problem, &amp;nbsp;5+ years and wifi base station working perfectly for 5+ years. &amp;nbsp; Recently, I notice alerts (event videos) are sent to my email as normal, &amp;nbsp;from one camera, but not from the other. &amp;nbsp; The problem one is recording events and they exist in my library (30 days), &amp;nbsp; but I never get an event alert from that camera. &amp;nbsp;Any suggestions???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Power cycle the base station to start with, pull the external power and battery on the problem camera for 10sec to reset it.&lt;BR /&gt;Check in the armed mode rules for the camera that the email address and enabled for notifications.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry Danny Bear- been away for over a month. &amp;nbsp;Now back… and following your advice. I did everything you suggested. &amp;nbsp;One camera still not pushing an email alert to me. &amp;nbsp;I can send you screenshots of edit rules. &amp;nbsp;Both cameras have rules set identically. &amp;nbsp;I&amp;nbsp;am grateful for your willingness to help me. &amp;nbsp;I'm stuck! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any other suggestionsns? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
