    <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo is unable to help me because, while I have been a good customer for years, my warranty has expired. My Arlo Pro and Pro 2 cams "Arm" and "Dis-Arm" without any input from me. I have read many post about this problem from 2018. &amp;nbsp;They claim I need to delete my Profile and Re-sync all 5 cams. &amp;nbsp;I did that and the problem is still there. Doing that is expensive and difficult as 2 of the cams are 20" high and accessing them down is the problem. They all worked fine for years until several months ago. I do not know if an update caused this but seems there should be an update to fix this. &amp;nbsp;The cameras are worthless so long as they arm and disarm by themselves.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
