topic Snooze/temporarily suspend motion in Arlo Pro 2

Any way to temporarily suspend or snooze motion alerts? Sounds like this has been a request by various people since 2015, but doesn’t look like anything has transpired. Anyone have suggestions for when your gardener comes or you have kids playing in the backyard? Obviously I know I can temporarily turn off the camera, but wondering if someone has a better solution so you don’t have to remember to turn it back on.

Currently, you would need to manually disarm the camera and remember to turn it back on when you wish to resume motion detection.

There are discussions on this feature request in the Arlo Idea Exchange, I encourage you to visit these discussions and offer Kudos to support the idea.
