Arlo will not work on Alexa show 8 ‘Live view not supported on this device’

I have a 3 Arlo 2 cameras and 2 Arlo q cameras. They work with the Arlo app. Trying to get them to work with Alexa show 8. I can enable the skill and get Alexa to see all the cameras but it says ‘Live view not supported on this device’ I have verified every thing is updated and rebooted.

I contacted Amazon support and they were able to resolve the issue. I enable the skill on my account but the echo show was signed into my wife’s account. After enabling the skill on both accounts it is now working with all the devices on both accounts.
