HomeKit token Reset again !

Hello Arlo moderators,
I am facing the same issue with HomeKit where my Camera feeds are not showing las time 3 months back same problem was fixed with HomeKit Token reset, I think I need that again to fix this issue

Why this is happening? And is there any way to do the reset our selfs instead of asking you guys for the help

Hi, which device would you like the token reset applied to?

Can you bring that device online as well so I can reset the token.

It was for my basestation but one other moderator already did it and it’s working fine now

The question is why it keep happening ? And is there a way to do the token rest by my self ?

We are looking in to the issue with the need for multiple requests at the moment & there is a planned feature for being able to reset the token yourself, but I do not have an exact ETA on that.
