    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, after an internet provider outage, my Arlo homebase appears as offline, although is active through Apple Home App. I guess this will get fixed with a token reset. Can you please do it? (for the VMB4000r3 base, please)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
