      <description>If you’re outside warranty you’re out of luck. If you have subscription your entitled to support via the app unless you removed the camera from your account.&lt;BR /&gt;What evidence do you have that it was related to a firmware update?&lt;BR /&gt;One of the moderators here might be able to assist with your case although getting a replacement pro2 might be a drawn out process as they are a discontinued product.</description>
