How do you contact someone?

Does anyone know how to contact a physicals person? I am trying to return my defective product but there isn't a way to contact someone. I have a year warranty but I would like to speak to someone before then.

Buying it from Amazon, they can't help when it's defective. I've gone through all the troubleshooting but no luck.

How do you return or replace an item?

Is there a phone # to call support? I got 3 e-mails saying I requested password reset which I did not make! I have spent well over an hour trying to get an answer - extremely frustrating!
