Library is no longer holding vids

All of a sudden my library is not showing any new vids. Old vids appear but not new ones. I can manually turn cameras on but that doesn't show up in library either. Any ideas? thanks

Can you confirm that if you live view the camera and then make a manual recording then it does not appear in the arlo cloud library.

Also do you get push notifications to the phone when the camera motion has been triggered?

Are these Pro 2 cameras, or a different model? Did you install the cameras about 3 months ago?

Hi, they are Arlo 2 Pro and I've been using them for about a year or more.

Hi, yes if I watch manually still nothing shows in library.

And no I'm no longer getting my push notifications either.

Then check that the cameras are armed (looking at the mode). You could also try running the motion detection test described here:
