Arlo Pro 2 4030 not recharging but draining with solar panel

I have 5 Arlo Pro 2 cameras (4030P) three of which are connected to solar chargers. Have had them for about 4 years. About a month ago one of the solar connected cameras started draining the battery within a day when fully charged. I have since: resynched, changed batteries, replaced the solar panel, replaced the camera, restarted the system in various ways. That works for about a day. One odd thing is that I see the green charging icon but not the solar panel icon right before it starts its battery drain to full discharge. All my other cameras and solar panels work fine.

Does the battery life become normal if you just disconnect the panel (and leave it disconnected)?
