      <description>Ok, lights on base are on.. we are restarting now. It's just weird how I had no trouble viewing all devices and receiving notifications on the app on my phone and now nothing.       <description>No more error message, I contacted support and they figured it out. It was a setting issue. It has been resolved.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
