topic two-step authentication verify page does not send an email with code in Arlo Pro 2

When I go to log in to Arlo it states it sent me a verification code to my e-mail address but I never receive the e-mail code. I have checked my Comcast e-mail filter and it is set to send questionable e-mail to my junk folder. I click on resend the email and I still do not receive it. I have tried all the suggestions from other threads on this issue with no luck. When I go online and log in to my account it sends me a verification code which I do receive. To me it seams to be and issue between the app telling the servers to send the email code. Help.

Thank you

I have checked my Comcast e-mail filter

Contact Comcast support. Arlo emails are sent using Amazon's Simple Email Service (e.g. through amazonses.com). I believe that Comcast mail servers are set to block amazonses.com by default - and I've seen posts on other forums that say they can unblock that domain for users who request that.

Note this is done by the Comcast servers - so your client email settings won't affect it.

Another option is to get a gmail address, and use that for Arlo (changing your account logon to the gmail address).
