    <description>&lt;P&gt;No problem signing into browser.&amp;nbsp; We did change internet provider and type from horrible DSL to TMobile Hot Spot.&amp;nbsp; Arlo App worked with TMobile for several weeks with no problem, then unable to log in on app. Must have something to do with that but doesn't make sense.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo app on Samsung S10E update 12.&amp;nbsp; Cannot sign in to Arlo.&amp;nbsp; Continue to get a message saying 'oops, an error has occurred. Try again later.'&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Tried to uninstall and install app with no luck. What next?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday, the issue went away and we were able to log in.&amp;nbsp; No changes were made so not sure what changed but happy we are now able to log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Molly&lt;/P&gt;</description>
