    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am certain a human on a phone could have resolved this in 5 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Cameras show offline.&amp;nbsp; the base station is lit up blue as it should.&amp;nbsp; I have changed the ethernet cable, resynched, rebooted and no positive results.&amp;nbsp; i've used the site to troubleshoot, sadly it does not cover this.&amp;nbsp; I removed a device while "OFFLINE," yet could not retrieve it while "OFFLINE" is the base station bad??&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All help is appreciated, Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Do you still receive notifications from the camera? If so it’s likely to be a arlo server issue.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait a few days for them to fix it.</description>
