      <description>Arlo keeps flashing, I've removed battery, reset with the sync button. Followed all the guides. It still just starts flashing for about a minute, goes dark, then does it again.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Alternating blue/amber usually means a software update is in progress or the camera is resetting.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Remove the camera using the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you press the sync button does it start flashing blue? If so then press the sync button on the base and see if the camera connects indicated by a fast flashing blue after a short while.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>It does not start flashing blue, if I hold down sync, it keeps flashing blue and amber and then after a while all the lights turn off, then they turn on again flashing blue and amber</description>
