      <description>&lt;P&gt;My cameras stopped recording video to the cloud on April 14.&amp;nbsp; I'm assuming it's because I don't have a subscription plan.&amp;nbsp; But, all I want is the 7-day free cloud recording that came with the camera.&amp;nbsp; Arlo says that should be still active.&amp;nbsp; There doesn't seem to be a way to activate it.&amp;nbsp; But all the entries in the Subscription menu indicate that none of my cameras are participating and that I have No Plan.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to turn on my free 7 day cloud recording?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Prior to April 14, the cameras recorded to the cloud without fail.&amp;nbsp; I changed nothing in my setup between April 13 and April 14th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I rebooted the base station, logged in and out and in to my app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>All cameras started recording again to the cloud on April 17th morning. I didn’t touch any settings since rebooting the base station April 14. Nothing changed or was changed on my Wi-Fi network.</description>
