    <description>Arlo stopped recording mp4 video files to my flash drive. It still creates a .meta file in a metadata folder for each day, but no mp4. After my 7 day review is passed, I can no longer view any files. I chatted several times with different "support" people, but they don't have a clue. Basically told me to read articles and left me to resolve it on ny owm. Offered no real solutions.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Things to try,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Power cycling the base station.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Safe eject USB storage device before removing from base station using the arlo app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reformat the USB device using the arlo app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try the alternate USB port of the base station.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
