Cameras not detecting motion

I have had arlo for many years. I have been ripped off 3 times. EACH TIME coincidentally my ARLO cameras did not record anything. 3 times!!!!

It just happened again last night.

After i noticed my car ransacked...i immediatly went to online footage and AGAIN it was not there. Camera would not detect motion even when i waived in front of it. Other cameras worked fine.

It is obvious thieves have figured out how to jam up the cameras....and for YEARS Alro continues to sell products than common thugs can bypass.

When you buy cheap stuff...you get cheap service!

That suggests that there was no "bypassing".

How far away is the camera from the vehicle (and the location where you are standing)? Have you tried swapping that camera with another one, and see if the problem moves with the camera or with the location?
