What does timed out mean and how do you fix it?

How do I get rid of "Timed out" message and return to live stream? Thank you

Timed out means the connection can't be made - it tries for a while and then gives up. Does this happen all the time? How many cameras does this happen to? What have you tried? What do you see?

I went into the clinic and unplugged the hub and that seemed to have reset it and now it is working.
