Night vision not working

I lost night vision in 2 cameras … Any advice ???

Verify that night vision is enabled in the camera settings. Reinsert the camera batteries to reset them. Possibly reboot your base. Bring a camera into a dark room and cause motion so a recording is made - do you see the dull red LEDs for night vision? Is the recording ok?

Hello ! I already did that... I took out the battery and put it back, it was fixed and now it happened again

The dull red doesn’t see at night .. the camera is recording good

I have 4 cameras it happen first in one now I have 2 with the same problem

Try removing one from your account and then add it back in. If that doesn't help, you may need to temporarily subscribe to a plan to access support.
