      <description>&lt;P&gt;Badge notifications should clear once the library is viewed for all the days that have notifications and have no been viewed. Your base station model/serial number can be found on the sticker on the bottom of the base station.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;JamesC&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The library is always viewed but i keep seeing those unread ones popping up. I know where to get that serial no just how did you manage to send the token to my base ?</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;If you're still unable to set up, you may need to factory reset the base station and then attempt to set up again.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Regarding the badge notifications, are you using the latest version of the Arlo mobile app from the app store?&lt;/P&gt;
