Homekit add device

Hello
I would like to add my base station to apple homekit but having troubles. I read here some solutions but it did not help.
I can access my arlo app -> homekit setup -> it finds my base station -> select home-> select room > add bridge…
But then: unable to add your device > the setup code is incorrect

I dont have a homekit code

If somebody could help as it gets stuck only in the last step

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
