      <title>Arlo Outdoor Power Adapter Replacement - Support Needed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone from Arlo please get in touch? It is absolutely ridiculous that customers are unable to get in contact via Live Chat without a subscription plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an Arlo Pro 2 three camera system. The problem is with the outdoor Power Adapter which has failed. Purchased from JB-HI-FI in Australia 19/07/19. It is just outside of warranty but under Australian Consumer Law this is eligible for a replacement or refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken to the manager at JBHIFI, and to obtain a refund from them I require a RMA approval from Arlo, they no longer stock this product so I could not arrange a replacement in store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, I am happy to send the faulty adapter back if Arlo can ship me a replacement directly. I need a functioning adapter ASAP, so would appreciate if Arlo can contact me to arrange this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot find any other way of getting in touch with support. Hope to hear from Arlo soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
