My batteri was 1% and I changed it with a full loaded battery, but it still shows 1% and it is 100%.
What shall I do?
I have turned camera off and on, but no effect.

There sometimes is a lag between the battery level and the update in app/web access

so, first try to refresh the app or try and log in via web access ( my.arlo.com )

If NG, then turn off then on the power to your base....let it reset ( about 2 mins )

i have insert the battery wrong way. No its ok.
