      <description>I was having a problem with on of my cameras so I thought I was reaching out to Arlo for help on the internet. They wanted 300.00 to fix the software problem in my system and they need my Arlo password info to hep me. To make short, they cut off my cameras and shut down my login. And I can’t get in touch with the real Arlo company no kind of way, the chat feature don’t help at all in emergency’s like this. I need help logging back into my Arlo system and regain use of my security cameras and door bell.</description>

It’s just plain stupid “the bot” makes it impossible.</description>

      <description>And why don’t Arlo have an customer service contact number for situations as this? The scammers are smart. Arlo ellegedley in my opinion is helping the scammers pull off the greatest scam of the Centry in their name if not it really doesn’t make any sense to me.</description>

      <description>Regards to the security breach, power down any base station on the network and remove camera batteries.&lt;BR /&gt;If the scammers are simpletons then you may be able to get away with just recovering the system through arlo support.&lt;BR /&gt;If the scammers have sold your arlo system access to hackers then your whole network could be compromised including any mobile devices your using on it so it would be prudent to seek advice from a cyber security expert.&lt;BR /&gt;You can private message any of the forum moderators here to state your case, like JessicaP.</description>

      <description>Arlo tech support is a laughing joke another/same (bot) no help at all. Lessons learned I’ll never-ever make another Arlo purchase also scream from the highest mountain top to the whole world not to purchase anything from Arlo, not a thing! They can’t be trusted. To me! I can’t even tell if they are the scammers themselves. I’m overwhelmingly disappointed to the upmost.</description>
