    <description>You don’t need a subscription to make the pro2 cameras work. Any camera models after the pro2 do need it to enable basic features.&lt;BR /&gt;What is now true is that you need a subscription to obtain arlo support outside of this forum. Users here are not arlo so can only provide suggestions to help resolve issues.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you provide more details?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My base station and Cameras stopped working. I spoke to someone who said I needed to pay for a subscription for them to work again.. Is that true?&amp;nbsp; There is no one to call and no way to call to ask that simple question.&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My system stopped working one day and everything that I have done to true to reboot it leads me to the message for both cameras that says I need a subscription to operate it. I know this is not true and of course there is no one to talk to and the bot is a joke. I cannot even get to where I can purchase a subscription if I wanted to. So frustrated.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have activity zones defined for any camera, try removing them. Zones requires a subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
