    <description>Hello Jessica. Tried doing the reset little after your email earlier and nothing still. Did a reboot also on Apple TV. No hard wire plugged in for internet on Apple TV. All Wi-Fi from my router. All on same network name. Very strange. Is maybe my base station bad. Thank you for responding.</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've sent a token reset request to your Base Station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your Base Station (remove and reapply power) and allow the Base Station to come back online.       <description>Never mind. I figured it out. Definitely can’t have base station hooked up to modem. It’s now hooked up to router. All good. Thanks again.</description>
