Battery is not Charging

I have Arlo Pro 2. it was working fine. however, there was a period of time that i haven't used "18 months". however, when i wanted to use it again and tried to charge it, it is not charging. the Camera will work only when it is connected to the wire, once i disconnect the wire, it will turn off.

kindly note that i use Arlo wire.

all 3 cameras have the same issue
