Does anyone know what causes pixelations? Arlo is no help. Tired of telling them the same problems every week.

Pixelations are caused by corrupted bitstream. Generally the corruption is due to loss - either on the camera->base link, or the base->arlo cloud link.

Low signal strength and/or wifi interference are the main possibilities with the camera->base link.
