    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently set up the base station and added two Pro 2 cameras. The problem is one camera can record video to the library, but the other can’t. Every video setting is correct and I have tried different troubleshooting as recommended in the Arlo website, but the problem still exists. Does anyone know what the problem is? Is it about the change of their 7-day free subscription plan?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks all!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There is no change to the 7-day free cloud recording.&amp;nbsp; Older cameras that were sold with that feature continue to have it (as long as there are no more than 5 unsubscribed cameras in the account).&amp;nbsp; Newer cameras (starting with the Ultra in 2018) all require a subscription for cloud recording.&lt;/P&gt;

As one of the camera is able to record video to the library, does it mean that we can only have one camera for the 7 day free cloud recording? In another words, we have to subscribe for a plan and pay for a certain fees now, right?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!</description>

&lt;P&gt;No.&amp;nbsp; You can get the 7-day cloud recording on up to 5 of the older cameras.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;That is the problem then.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven't tried removing the battery for about 10 seconds, and re-inserting it, then try doing that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help: Is this a newly purchased camera (from an authorized reseller)?&amp;nbsp; If it is, you could either exchange with the seller, or contact Arlo support for a warranty replacement.&amp;nbsp; Exchanging with the seller is easier.&lt;/P&gt;
