Hello,

I have an Arlo camera that will not respond anymore. It worked before, but now, it only flashes amber and has a solid blue LED. When I remove the battery, the LEDs turn off. When I put the batteries back in, it continues to resume blinking amber will a solid blue LED. I have tried to hold down the SYNC button, but that does not change anything.

I removed the device from my Arlo profile thinking that I could just re-add the device, but no luck.

I feel like I may have a device that's stuck in a loop. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

The battery pull is the only reset you can do. Sounds like the camera is dead and would have to be replaced.

Thank you for the quick reply.

Is there a way that Arlo can look at the device for a possible repair?
