      <description>Hi, I’m very desperately seeking for help regarding this issue. I cannot use my phone app to access Arlo, always stuck at Two factor authentication with a message “oops! An error has occurred, try again”.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have tried mutiple devices, both android and iOS, have tried reinstalling the app, different authentication method, etc. Web version seems to work fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me with this. Anyone knows how to fix this issue? Have not been able to access camera for two months now</description>

      <description>While you’re in the arlo web app look at the 2FA settings and confirm your mobile devices are listed as trusted.&lt;BR /&gt;Also what device is selected for 2FA notifications, eg. Mobile or email. Be aware that there is a short timeout to be able to authenticate a device which is almost useless using email.</description>

      <description>Has the phone previously worked with the arlo app? If not is the phone number correct?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the email is selected as the primary device, do you get a 2FA email when you try logging in on the mobile devices?</description>
