I removed the arlo pro 2 icon from iPhone desktop only but did not remove it from library.
Can I get the icon back on desktop ?
Or can I do a complete remove from the library and do a fresh install again so I can get the icon back on iPhone desktop?

You should be able to install the app again, check that it is not already installed on another desktop page already.

Yes I managed to uninstall the apps from the library and reinstalled it to works perfectly
