Battery not charging. Tried placing them in charging dock and blue light blinks once.

My batteries aren't charging. When I place them in the charging dock the blue light blinks once. In the past, the light would blink continually until fully charged, then it would be solid blue. The contact points are clean. I tried reaching out to customer service, but I am not 'eligible for live chat' and can't find an email to submit an issue.

Did you let the batteries discharge completely, not ideal if you have.

Maybe there was a hardware change to the charging dock but mine shows a solid amber LED while charging and turns green when fully charged.

Yea mine also shows that also. Steady amber then green when charged.

It is the charger that came with the Arlo - Wasserstein. It charges in that, not the camera.

I think the question was if the battery will charge when installed in the camera and you have the camera connected to a arlo USB charger using the arlo USB cable?

The battery cannot charge in the camera. There is a Wasserstein charging station that is used.

The Wasserstein charging station is a third party product not authorized by Arlo so that may be the problem. You may have bought it at the same time but it does not come with the cam. What is being suggested is to charge the battery in the camera with the usb charging cable that came with the cam in the box if you have not tried.
