Hi,
Thank you for replying. There are no lights that turn on and the power supply is fine. I had it plugged in to a power strip, when the base stopped working. It still did not work when I plugged it into the wall.

We need all details. Do any LEDs turn on? If so, what colors? Have you checked the power supply for proper output? Every detail helps.

Have you tried the on/ off button on the back of the base station.
Pull out the plug pack out of the power socket for 20mins to make sure it has not over heated.

It's certainly possible that the base has died but you didn't explain how you know the power supply is fine. Did you actually test it with a voltmeter?
