      <title>Library recordings have disappeared but receiving motion alerts. Rebooted base and cameras.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have multiple cameras connected to our Smart Hub, plus a doorbell and an arlo go. All recordings were available on Wednesday. Thursday afternoon they were all gone, even what I viewed Wednesday and no new recordings are available in the library even though we get motion alerts. We have rebooted the base and the cameras, and checked all setting.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you mean cloud storage, then the first thing to check is your subscription status.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It does depend on which cameras you have and how many cameras you have that aren't under subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have 5 or fewer unsubscribed cameras in the account, then unsubscribed pro/pro 2 cameras would get 7 days of cloud storage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you make a manual recording?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
