    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you also remove all devices from Settings, My Devices? Once a true reset has been performed, you have to start fresh. Also, the base has nothing to do with your WiFi since it uses an Ethernet cable to get it's connection through the router to the servers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;WHat are the LEDs on the base showing? Since you reset, there should be green power and Internet LEDs and the Camera LED is off or solid amber. If those aren't correct, something else is going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Won't connect to WiFi. Lost all cameras. Tried reset and factory reset. System went offline.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had the system for a couple years all of a sudden it went out wont connected to Wi-Fi lost all the cameras I’ve reset and factory reset numerous times but still unable to connect base station to the Wi-Fi. system went off line and it happened almost instant everything just went and then everything disappeared. Any ideas what is the base station just take a crap. Also on the app I noticed all the cameras no longer show in my account either. I got this back when Arlo had free service was a purchase of a base station and up to five cameras.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
