    <description>&lt;P&gt;Nothing has come into her spam folder from Arlo.&amp;nbsp; She has received emails from Arlo before so I'm not sure what adding&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;alerts@arlo.com to her address book is going to do.&amp;nbsp; She had access for years and it suddenly stopped working and nothing we do seems to re-enable her access.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Grant Access Not Working. App stopped accepting her password and won't log her in.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had our Arlo Pro 2 system for a few years and never had any issues - until now.&amp;nbsp; I had granted access to my wife when we first got the system and she was always able to use the Arlo app on her iPhone with no problems until last week.&amp;nbsp; The app stopped accepting the password and would not log her in.&amp;nbsp; I tried changing the main password and that didn't help./&amp;nbsp; I deleted her access and then tried granting access to her again but she has never received the invite email from Arlo.&amp;nbsp; I have tried resending it several times.&amp;nbsp; When I try contacting Arlo for support it just directs me to this community forum...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
