Arlo Pro 2 won't charge

One of my cameras keeps telling me the battery needs to be charged but it is fully charged I have tried six different batteries

Could be a failure in the camera.

Have you tried simply swapping the battery with a different camera? My guess is that the camera will still say the battery needs charging.

Does the camera run on AC power (with the battery removed)?
