One of 3 Pro 2 cameras does not detect motion. Motion detection test doesn't work either.

Suddenly one camera out of 3 does not detect motion--2 others work fine. I have tried everything including resetting the base unit and adding all cameras back to the account. The Motion Detection Test on this camera does not work either unless the camera is plugged in even though the battery is 100% charged. I am concluding the camera is defective. It has worked fine for 2 years so is out of warranty. Not a big problem if it is defective--just would like an answer/solution!
