    <description>I did all that so many times. Nothing works. I researched all solutions for hours. Articles, YouTube and Arlo troubleshooting. Arlo’s customer service is zero help. They want more money to help me. I’m not flush. Either I get a different brand of system or stick with none. Meanwhile this piece of Arlo crap sits there useless.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Used to tap Device when arrow button appeared. Tapping it would start live feed. Charged battery. No more live feed starts after tapping arrow button on screen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Arlo support is a generic list of problems and solutions. None answer specific questions and you can’t talk to a technician for free. I tried.&lt;BR /&gt;I’m searching for a different brand of security camera. Tired of trying to get answers to why there is no live feed any longer. Just a wheel turning endlessly on the screen that says “connecting” Used to work but I never liked the constant need to reconnect base and camera every few weeks. This latest problem is a result of trying to pair them for the tenth time. Never happy with Arlo since day 1.</description>
