    <description>&lt;P&gt;Water resistant is more like it. Dropping the panel into a bucket of water likely isn't in the specs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Manufacturing defects happen. This looks like the seal wasn't properly installed. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to start the replacement process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
