There are people on this forum willing to put in the time to help you figure out your system. It'll take some time on your part with testing different setups. However if you've firmly decide you are going to return the system, then take advantage of the 15 day full refund policy. As for me, I bought the 4 camera Pro 2 kit and it's working as expected with mostly the default settings. So it does work.

Bought these 4 days ago and my initial opinion of them is..... COMPLETE AND UTTER GARBAGE!! no where near worth the cost of $800 for a set of 4 pro2 cameras and basestation. Sure, the included cloud storage is a great feature to have compared to other systems that charge extra for it. But what good is it, if it is nothing but false motion detection videos of my car sitting in the driveway.. I have changed senstitivy settings, turned off audio detection so I dont get whistling birds setting it off, and adjusted the view angles of the cameras to try to improve its detection of movement. ALL TO NO avail.

Good thing Best Buy has a 15 day return policy on this garbage cause that it right where they are going back to this weekend!!

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
