    <description>&lt;P&gt;Brand new Arlo pro 2 with the VMB4500r2 base and 3 cameras. The Arlo app raised the alert on motion detection, however, no video showed up in the library.&amp;nbsp; I powered off /on the base station and the camera, it fixed the problem temporarily.&amp;nbsp; However, the same problem came back again the next day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the reference, here are the firmware versions:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Base VMB4500r2 :&amp;nbsp; 1.16.6.1_3760_9330458&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Arlo Pro 2 camera : 1.125.16.0_36_49c31dd&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;App version (iOS):&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;3.5 (2590)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Things to consider,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do all cameras have the same issue. If not are the problem cameras AC powered. If so does it have an issue if it runs on battery only.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check the rules on the active mode are set correctly to record from the correct cameras.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Might be a good idea to install a USB backup device on the base station to check if the recordings are being captured as well as to the cloud server.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
