Base station not discoverable using 4G modem with LAN connection

Dear All, Please help me as i have difficulties on connecting my base station as it never get discovered.

I currently using 4G Modem which have LAN connection on it, i even able to ping the base station from the modem and assign it an static IP but still not getting discovered.

Please help.

Try using a PC browser (my.arlo.com), instead of the app.
