TODAY . . I CAN NOT ACCESS MY DEVICE SYSTEM BECAUSE WHEN I LOG IN IT OPENS, AND LOCKS ON TO, A "2-STEP LOG-IN" PAGE . . WHICH I DO NOT WANT.

I DON'T HAVE A CELL PHONE.

I DONT CARE WHO LOOKS AT MY PHOTOS.

I JUST WANT THE SIMPLEST SYSTEM . . SA IT WAS YESTERDAY.

@cat7mouse It became Mandatory now and I had it mandatory also today. You can select e-mail instead of push notifications or SMS on a phone to make your computer trusted for 14 days. I assume that is how you get motion notifications now. I agree it should be optional but that is out of our control.

What is two-step verification and how do I set it up? (arlo.com)

Thank you for the clarification. I gave up and did what you said. Now I have my cam videos back for computer access. Just tired of having others add more complexities when it is not needed. Who cares who can see when a Rat enters my trap? Anyways . . BIG THANKS
