My camera get delayed like 45 seconds before it shows life Like if I got home I will open my door get inside before before the notification will come

Are you talking a push or email notification? Email ones only happen after the video is uploaded while push notifications happen faster. It does seem that the sleep condition of the phone may delay the pushes somewhat but that doesn't seem consistent - I generally get pushes within ~5 seconds.

Recording "until motion stops" can also delay the notifications. If you want them more quickly, you could try setting the recording to a fixed duration (10-15 sec).
