Can not login iOS. Works on Android.

Hi everyone, recently I have a problem to login my account and have try many times but could not. I had try Android then it works. Please advise. Thanks so much.

Hi Tuantran,

Are you seeing any error when trying to log on with the Arlo iOS app? Have you tried reinstalling the app and rebooting your iOS device? And is this happening on cellular data and/or WiFi?

I was following your advise as reinstalling the app and rebooting your iOS device but could not solve the problem! Could not work on both WiFi and Cellular

Do you receive any error when trying to log on through the Arlo iOS app?

We also recently released a new version, which is version 3.5. Try updating to the latest app to see if that helps. You can read more about the latest version here: iOS Mobile App - 3.5 - 20th July 2021
