It reads "30 days of video history for $9.99"

Is this the price per camera per year?

So if I have 2 cameras it will be $19.98 a year for 30 days of video history?

Also, is that a complete 30 days of live streaming or only activation when motion is detected?

This subscrption plan should $ 9.99/month for up to 10 cameras.

You get a free 7 day subscription with your first 5 cameras. This should be plenty for most new users - it gives you 7 days to review and save/download your videos/pictures. If that is not enough for you then see my post above. You also can use a different email account to add another 5 cameras under the free subscription, but the modes for each group will be different and must be set up seperately.
